I can not think of enough ways to describe the time, compassion and concern that Doug and Holly both put into the details for a recent family service. Every step of the way, they helped us navigate decisions best for each member of the family. It has been a year since we buried my loving mother. Doug and his crew did a tremendous job on her funeral. I was extremely pleased with everything they did. My mother looked absolutely beautiful. I will never think of using any other funeral home and will highly recommend these guys

We can not say enough thank you’s and speak enough praise for Mr. Rabold and his staff. We have never had any dealings with the other funeral home in the county other than attending a funeral. That was enough to know we did not want to use them and chose Madison County Funeral Service. We are so thankful to have another option. Doug was so kind, caring and patient. Not stuffy and out to make the most money that could be made from a family during their time of loss and grief. We definitely would not hesitate to tell someone about Doug and Madison County Funeral Service. We consider Mr Rabold a friend. He is very easy to talk with and makes you comfortable doing so. From the first meeting with him, it seemed more like talking to an old friend than somebody we were meeting for the first time. The funeral service was so nice and he arranged for a military service as my Daddy was a Navy Veteran. One last thing, having two locations is wonderful. We chose the Elkins location as it was more convenient. Especially for the people in the more southern part of the county. Once again, thank you so much for all you do!

I would like to start by saying, thank you to Doug & his staff for everything! Madison County Funeral Service did such an amazing job with my mother in law. They went above & beyond to help out in our time of sadness. I highly recommend Doug & his staff. I am so glad that Doug started his business cause I'm not sure what my family would have done without them, and an added bonus is that Dougs prices are cheaper than the other funeral home. Thank you again Doug, we really appreciate everything you did for my mother in laws funeral.

Our grandmother had told us all her funeral arrangements had been taken care of. After she passed away we learned her policy was only $1300. The other home picked her up from Hospice and when we met with them to make the final arrangements they told us we had to pay $10,000 up front for the service and burial. I contacted Doug at Madison Co Funeral service and made all the arrangements. For the same exact service as the other funeral home cost us at a fraction of the price. Doug went above and beyond to take care of our family and Granny. Madison Co Funeral Services is by far the best and easiest funeral service we have dealt with over the years and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Doug for making this hard time easier for us.

Doug and his staff are fantastic! They took great care of us and our mother Emily Crow. I could not have asked for better service or caring if our loved one. Emily is in a better place now but Doug made her passing so much easier with his caring and compassionate attitude through it all.

Our family was so pleased with the service provided by Madison County Funeral Service. Doug was amazing and felt more like a member of our family than a funeral director. He went out of his way to ensure that everything went exactly as we wanted it to. Grandpa would have been so pleased! Can't thank him enough!

I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Madison County Funeral Services in Huntsville, AR! As most of you know, my mom passed away last April. Because she passed in my home, Madison County took care of her prior to us taking her to her final resting place in Windridge Memorial Park in Cary, IL. This is our first Christmas without mom. And, it is not exactly an easy time. However, I got a call from Doug Rabold at Madison County today. Last year, he hosted a candlelight vigil for those that passed away last year. The act was received with so much joy that he has decided to do it every year. This year, he is hosting the candlelight vigil on Wednesday, December 28th at 6:00 p.m. Even though he knows it's a long drive for us, he wanted to make sure we knew he didn't forget about us and/or mom. He has candles made up with the deceased's photo for family members in attendance. Guess where I'm going to be? Thank you, Doug! And may your young business be Blessed with all the heartfelt thanks for your services that you deserve!

Mr. Rabold went to great lengths to insure my husband's service was just as we wanted. He provided a beautiful service at a reasonable cost. He took great care of our family in our time of grief and showed us great respect. He took into consideration my husband's "certificate" from the other funeral home when they only wanted to offer us goods/services that were twice as expensive as Madison County Funeral Service for the same goods/services. We were so pleased with everything Mr. Rabold did. We are very blessed to have another option in Madison county. Thank you, Mr. Rabold.

I was really impressed with the service that we received from Madison County funeral services. I would highly recommend them to you. The candlelight service was excellent. They met all of our needs.

They did an amazing job with my grandpa when he passed..now they're taking care of my aunt's other daughter Monday. These people are friendly as can be, and do just an outstanding job!
