Archel Ricketts Obituary

Archel M. Ricketts 80, of Alix, Arkansas passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019 in Ft. Smith. He was born October 28, 1938 to Woodroe Ricketts and Gertrude “Gertie” Hammond-Ricketts. He was a saw mill worker, served in the U.S Army and was a Methodist. He was preceded in death by his sister, Claudia Jane Pelto.

Survivors include two sons, Steve Ricketts of Alix, AR and James Ricketts of Charleston, AR; brother, Jay Ricketts of Drakes Creek; three grandchildren, Justin Ricketts, Karen Ricketts and Patricia Ricketts.

A graveside service will be held 2PM, Wednesday, February 27, 2019 with Minister Shelly Wilson officiating. Burial will be at the Dutton Cemetery.
