Jerry Dwaine "J.D" Boatright

Jerry Dwaine “J.D” Boatright 47, of Wesley passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville. He was born April 20, 1970 in Huntsville to Jerry Boatright and Joyce Gardner – Boatright. He graduated Farmington High School in 1988. He loved to play golf and was a huge Razorback fan. He was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Boatright. Survivors include his two daughters, Morgan Boatright of Farmington and Chasitdy Smith of Colorado Springs, Colorado; sister, Tambrick Fontenot and husband Joe of Fayetteville; brother, Dell Bland of Elkins; father, Jerry Boatright and wife Reba of Springdale; mother, Joyce Thurman of Elkins and several other family members and friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 6-8 PM at Crystal Hills Family Fellowship Church in Elkins. The funeral will be 10 am Friday at the church with Rev. Dean Jones and Rev. Glen Trustee officiating. Burial will follow at Boatright Cemetery. Come ready to call the Hogs and celebrate JD’S life and wear your Razorback attire. Funeral services are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to  American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
