Joyce Boyd

Joyce Logue-Boyd, 73 of Hindsville passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at her home. She was born September 28, 1945 to Jay Logue and Loraine Neal-Logue. She was a member of the Drakes Creek Baptist Church for 60 Years. She loved spending time with her family and was a great mom and grandma. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Howard Boyd; two sons, Stephen Boyd and wife Susan of Afton, OK and Stanley Boyd and wife Mellanie of Goshen; daughter, Sandra Alderson and husband Floyd of Elkins; brother, Loy Logue and wife Bettina; five grandchildren, six step grandchildren and ten step great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at the Drakes Creek Baptist Church. A funeral service will be 10AM, Thursday at the church with Rev. Jim Duncan and Rev. John Napier officiating. Burial will follow at Cherry Creek Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service.
