Judy K. Wilson, 65 of Alpena passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2017 in Harrison. She was born August 30, 1952 in Berryville, Arkansas to John Smith and Thelma Carpenter-Smith. Survivors include her two children, Donetta Hoops and husband Shaun and Dale Wilson and wife Krystal and their father, Donald E. Wilson; two grandchildren and a host of brothers and sisters.
