Vera Child Obituary

Vera Lee Child, 67 of Pettigrew, passed away Monday, October 21 2019 at Meadowview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Huntsville. She was born August 24, 1952 in Chamberlain, SD to Joseph Mateicka and Myrtle Lela Ann Faber-Mateicka.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her two sons, Andrew Cline and his fiancé Tiffany Harvey of Rogers, and Jamison Jo Cline of Fayetteville; brother, Steve Mateicka of TN; two sisters, Ardis Styer of WA and Cheryl Hinman of WY; grandson, Kamren Cline; close friend, Jan Sweden, along with numerous other family members and friends.

A funeral service will be held 6PM, Thursday October 24, 2019 in the Chapel of Madison County Funeral Service in Huntsville with Pastor Gary Martin officiating.
