Alice May Perkins

Alice May Perkins, 61 of Elkins passed away, Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born March 19, 1964 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

She was very involved in her church and loved her church family very much.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, David Lynn Perkins; mother, May Estep-Webb; sister, Tina Perkins and brother, Tom Jones.

Survivors include her children, Shannon Wood and husband Travis and Daniel Perkins both of Elkins; brothers, Larry Jones of Louisiana and Lee Patrick of Scottsville, KY; sisters, Viola Cherry, Tammy Burge and Becky Freeman all of Scottsville, KY; granddaughter, Kenzie Perkins and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends.

A funeral service will be 10AM, Friday, August 1, 2025 at the St. Paul Full Gospel Church with Pastor Mickey Evans officiating. Burial will be at the Wolfe Cemetery in Adolphus, KY.
