Barbara Jean Ware, 81 of Marble passed away Saturday, December 28, 2024, at her home. She was born February 21, 1943, in Madison County to Chancie Allred Doris (Cline) Allred. She was a Born again Christian and loved to praise and serve her Lord and Savior. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Charles Allred; sister, Brenda Allred and daughter, Tammy Reyngoudt.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Terrance Ware of the home; two sons, Jonathan Ware and wife Sarah of of Elgin, Illinois and Rocky Ware and wife Diane of Big Sandy, Texas; daughter, Sarah Hudspeth and husband Chad of Marble; brother, Billy Allred and wife Shirley of Marble; sisters, Kathy Allred of Fayetteville and Sammy Rector and Husband Jeff of Japton; sixteen grandchildren, Josiah, Victoria, Racheal, Josh, Joanna, Benjamin, Micah, Sammy, Liberty, Isaiah, Ethan, Jasmine, Hannah, Hope, Gwen and Eddie and great grandson, Garrett.
A funeral service will be 1pm, Friday, January 3, 2025 at the Marble United Baptist Church with Pastor Coy Siegrist officiating. Burial will follow at Lower Campground Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to service. Pallbearers will be: Josh Reyngoudt, Isaiah Hudspeth, Ethan Hudspeth, Micah Reyngoudt, Sammy Reyngoudt and Benjamin Reyngoudt. Honorary Pallbearers will be: David Stout and Chad Hudspeth. Funeral services are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service.
