Betty Lois Dyer

Betty Lois Dyer, 76 of Elkins passed away, Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at Edgewood Health and Rehab in Springdale. She was born March 9, 1948 in Gainsville, TX to James Oren Tilman York and Helen Ruth (Johnson) York.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Jimmy Wayne West and Kenneth Dyer; four brothers and two sisters and son in law Charles Wood. 

Survivors include her children, Shelia Wood of Elkins, Sheryl Barnes and husband Jack of Rye, NH and Bryan West and wife Lois of Elkins; grandchildren, Derrek Wood and wife Stephanie of Elkins, Sarah Bennett husband Thomas of Hindsville, Marlaina Shelbourn and husband Shane of Pea Ridge, Hailey Williams and husband Michael of Meriden, CT, Bradley West of Greenbriar, AR and Brett West of Elkins; great grandchildren, Natalie, Levi, Carlie, Ethan, Logan, Landon, Clayton, Kaden, Hadlie, Karter and Kolson and many other family members and friends.

A graveside service will be held 1PM, Monday, November 4, 2024, with pastor Rocky Bell officiating. Burial will be at Wesley Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville.
