Billy Randall Obituary

Billy Frank Randall passed away peacefully at his home on July 2, 2026, at 2:22 p.m., surrounded by the love of his family.

Billy was born to Grover Franklin Randall and Mary Eva Cleo (Rogers) Randall. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ruby Randall; his parents; his brother, Howard Lewis Randall; and his sisters, Jo Ann Randall Carter and Mary Sue Randall Carter.

Billy proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army. After his military service, he faithfully worked in janitorial services for the Kingston School, where he retired after years of dedicated service.

More than anything, Billy will be remembered for the way he loved others. He was a brilliant, kind, and compassionate man with a wonderful sense of humor. His wisdom, stories, and quick wit could brighten any room. He had a way of making people feel welcome, and to know him was truly to love him.

Billy helped raise his grandson, Justin Musteen, as his own son, creating a bond that was built on unconditional love, guidance, and devotion. He is also survived by his stepchildren, Sindy Musteen and Jerry Rice, along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends who will cherish his memory forever.

Though our hearts are heavy with his passing, we take comfort in knowing that his legacy of love, laughter, strength, and selfless devotion will live on through all those whose lives he touched.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Liberty Cemetery (At Dry Fork on Highway 412, turn on County Road 943, travel 2 miles, stay to the right, to Liberty Church and Cemetery)  Family and friends are invited to attend, share memories, and celebrate the remarkable life of a man who meant so much to so many.
