Carl Jake Jacobson

Carl Roy “Jake” Jacobson, 78 of Huntsville passed away Friday, February 25, 2022 at the VA Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born March 27, 1943 in Evaston, IL to Daniel Jacobson and Helen Prentiss. He was preceded in death by his Parents and grandchildren, Joseph and Benjamin Stone.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Sandy Jacobson of the home; children, Angel Stone and husband Nathanael of Siloam Springs, Cherise DeGroot and husband Jonny of Huntsville, Noah Jacobson and wife Shyanne of Huntsville, Stacy Mann of Illinois and Jessica Hodges and husband Marty of Indiana;18 grandchildren; sisters, Sue and Tony and many other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5-7PM Monday, March 7, 2022 at the Presley Chapel United Methodist Church. A funeral service will be held Tuesday at the church at 10:30am with Pastor Ryan Bachuss officiating. Burial will follow at the Fayetteville National Cemetery.
