Carl Eugene Yates Sr

Carl Eugene Yates Sr, 91 of Clifty passed away August 26, 2024 at his home. He was born

January 31, 1933 in Attumwa, IA to Carl Wilson Yates and Gatha (Dively) Yates.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 54 years, Agnes Elneta ( Alderman) Yates; son, Lloyd Dale Yates; two brothers, Johnny Yates and William “Bill” Yates and sister, Marthat “Yates” Bennett.

Survivors include his son, Carl Eugene Yates Jr of Huntsville; grandchildren, Rebecca, Trevor, David, Chase and Carl; three great grandchildren and several other family members and friends.

A graveside service will be held 10AM, Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Burial will be at Clifty Cemetery with Rev. David Montgomery officiating  . Funeral services are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville.
