Gary Wayne Braswell

Gary Wayne Braswell, 62 of Elkins passed away Thursday, November 21, 2019 at his home. He was born March 10, 1957 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Homer Ray Braswell and Bobbie Ruth Roberts-Braswell. He graduated Elkins High School and was a member of the Elkins first Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Michael Ray Braswell.

Survivors include his brothers, Bobby Jim Braswell and wife Susan, George Allen Braswell, Joe Glen Pollock all of Elkins and Don Richard Pollock of Forum; sisters, Barbara Ann Cornelius of Willow Springs, MO and Jessie Ruth Frazer and husband Mike of Ft. Smith and numerous other family members and friends.

A funeral service will be held 12:00PM, Monday November 25, 2019 at the McCord Community Church with Pastor Rex Griffin officiating. A visitation will be an hour prior to service and burial will follow at McCord Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Solomon Cornelius, Aaron Cornelius, Kenneth Braswell, Jeremiah Braswell, Jacob Braswell and Christopher Braswell. Funeral services are under the direction of Elkins Funeral and Cremation services, 2010 Highway 74, Elkins, Arkansas.
