Hubert Jim Rogers, 81, of Huntsville, Ar, went home to be with the Lord on January 18, 2026, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Ar.
Jim was born on December 14, 1944, in Hindsville, Arkansas, to Joseph Lee Rogers and Virgie Flossie Rogers. He was a farmer who loved people and enjoyed horseback riding. His life was marked by love for his family and a steady faith. Jim never met a stranger and would help anyone he could. He was a loving father who gave his children support and unconditional love.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Lee Rogers and Virgie Flossie Rogers; his daughter, Charlene Rogers; and his siblings Cleda Rogers, Orville Rogers, Tommy Arnold Rogers, Fay Harvey Rogers, Robert Earl Rogers, Leda Iva Lee, Mary Luna Vaughan, and Velma Virginia Canoy.
He is survived by his daughter, Merlene Rogers-Lambert, of Gentry, Ar, his brother, Lee Rogers, of Clifty, Ar; two granddaughters, Kristy Keen and her husband, Jason, of Springdale, Ar, and Casey Kuhn and her husband, Michael, of Gentry, Ar; seven great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Jim attended Valley Lighthouse Church in Hindsville,Ar.
Visitation will be held from 10:00am-11:00am on Friday, January 23, 2026 in the chapel at Madison County Funeral Service, located at 4373 South Main Street in Hindsville, Arkansas. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00am in the chapel. Burial will take place at Groseclos Cemetery, near Japton, Arkansas.
