Janice Kaye Phelan

Janice Kaye Phelan, age 63, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2024, in Springdale, AR. She was born March 14,1961 in Fayetteville, AR  to Lloyd and Helen Phelan.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers Jerry Ray and Charles Phelan.

Survivors include four sisters, Mary McGahhey of Springdale, Thelma and Bill Eiland of Wesley, Cindy and Sam Heefner of Hindsville  and Anita Cole of Oklahoma and one brother, Lloyd Phelan of Lincoln.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM, Friday, October 25th at Hilltop Church.
