Jay Dee Smith

Jay Dee Smith, 54 of Huntsville, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He was born October 17,1968 to Gareth and Vernadene (McLoud) Smith in Huntsville.

Jay Dee loved the outdoors; hunting, fishing and riding motorcycles were some of his favorite pursuits. He was a machinist by trade, working in aircraft component manufacturing, an occupation which he thoroughly enjoyed.

 He was preceded in death by his mother, Vernadene. He is survived by his wife Kathy Beauchamp Smith; his father, Gareth Smith (wife Cindy); two sons, Chais Majors of Springfield, Mo, Caleb Smith (Cheyanne Clyborn) of Johnson, Arkansas; one stepson, Tanner Farmer of Huntsville, Arkansas; one stepdaughter, Stefany Farmer (husband Jon) of Kingston, Arkansas; brother, Mark Smith (wife Katie) of Knoxville, Tennessee and  eleven grandchildren, whom he adored.

Graveside services will be Monday, December 12, 2022, at 10 am at Marshell cemetery with Robert waters and Ivy Conner officiating. Services are under the care of Madison County Funeral Service.

Pallbearers will be Ray Jones, Kendall McLoud, Rocky Burnett, Clint Ham, Edwin Hunt, Steven Burgess
