Jeffery Richard Simmonds, 54, of Cedarville passed away at Willard Walker Hospice in Fayetteville Friday, June 28, 2024. He was born September 11, 1969, in Waukegan, IL to Richard Warren Simmonds and LaDonna (Moredock) Simmonds. He was a minister and he preached at many churches during his time. He loved his family and spreading the word of God, including being a Pastoral intern at a church in Rector Heights and an Associate Pastor at Central Baptist in Hot Springs.
He is preceded in death by his parents and father-in-law, Gerald Woolever.
Survivors include his wife, Cindy (Stout) Simmonds of the home; son, Dustin Simmonds and wife Holly of Fort Smith; two grandchildren, Gabriella Ruth and Ryder Israel; mother-in-law, Mary Woolever and many other friends and family.
The family will host a memorial in his honor at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville
