Obituary

Jerry Dean Reynolds, 66 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Monday, August 29,2022 at the home of his daughter Robbin in Siloam Springs, AR. He was born September 3,1955 Harrison, AR to John Clifford and Billie Louise Villines Reynolds. 

Jerry was a simple man that grew up with lots of family in Ponca, AR along the Buffalo River. He attended the one room school at Boxley, then Jasper finishing in Springdale. He developed a great love for trucking at an early age. Starting a business with his father of Reynolds Trucking in Springdale AR. He pulled many miles for Tyson’s. He loved visiting with family and friends on the phone his first words were “What are you doing?” But only God knew he would be celebrating his 67 th birthday with him instead of his family and friends. He was very proud to tell us all how he was ready to meet him.

He was preceded in death by his Parent; Grandparents, Jim and Orphea Clark Reynolds and Martin and Stella Kilgore Villines; one son-in-law Max Alan Tate and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is Survived by two daughters, Christy Ray and husband Mike and Robbin Tate; one son, Spencer Reynolds all of Siloam Springs; four grandchildren Emerald, Kinsey, Gabrielle and Judah Tate; one brother Johnny Reynolds and family of Springdale; two aunts, Nancy Presley and husband Chuck of Independence, MO and Helen Reynolds of Lee Summits, MO and numerous cousins that are going to miss his phone calls.

A funeral service will be 2PM Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Boxley, a viewing will be one hour prior to the service. Service is under the care of Madison County Funeral Service. Please visit www.madisoncountyfuneralservice.com to leave the family an online condolence. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Walnut Grove Boxley Cemetery.
