Junior L Davis

Junior L. Davis, 85, of Huntsville, passed away on Monday, July 24, 2023 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville.  He was born June 22, 1938 at Wharton Creek to the late Jesse and Rachel (Keck) Davis.

He was preceded in death by three sisters, Hazel Voekler, Pauline Russell, and Josephine West; two brothers, Eugene Davis and Jerry Davis; three sons, Bert McCandless, Paul McCandless, Jeff Davis, and one grandchild and two great grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen (McCandless) Davis, five daughters; Della McCandless, Felicia Ramirez (Beto), Susan Jackson (Leslie), Liz Whorton (Rick), and Janice Wall; twelve grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.

Burial and private service at Huntsville Cemetery.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville.
