Kenneth Wright, 77 of Kingston passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at the Veterans Hospital in Fayetteville. He was born February 22, 1944 in Kingston to Jennie Wright and Fannie Elizabeth (Bowen) Wright. He was a lifetime member of the odd Fellows Lodge. He was a proud veteran of United States Army during the Korea and Vietnam era. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting. He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Marie Seals, Evelyn Renstron and an infant sister; brother, Freddie Wright and son, Bobby Jene Wright.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Linda Sue Wright; son, Shelby Mitchell Wright of Kingston; daughter, Linda Michelle Wright of Kingston; two sisters, Dorothy Bolinger of Hattisburg, MS and Juanita Walls of Wichita, KS; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Amy, Morgan, Erik, Bobby Joe, April Marie, Dalton Ray, Kalandra, Shelby Dawn, Bradley and Kenneth; great grandchildren, Waylon, Sawyer, Baxton, Gracie and Ryder.
A graveside service will be 2PM, Monday, October 4, 2021 with Brother Craig Villines officiating and Military Honors present. Burial will be at Upper Campground Cemetery near Kingston.
