Mark Anthony Reynolds Sr., 63 of Huntsville, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023 at his home. He was born June 8, 1960 in Levelland, Texas to the late William B. and June (Taylor) Reynolds. Mark was funny with a capturing smile, a joker, and he always had a nickname for everyone. He started off in the oil fields then moved to Arkansas as a wholesale produce manager and delivery driver. He was the back door man everyone loved to see. He was a jack of all trades at the Burger Shack and Roadhouse in Huntsville with his favorite sister Betty. The last few years he worked with his son at Reynold’s Construction. He loved animals and they loved him. He carried on the family tradition of daily visits with his grandkids. He loved his family with a deep love. He was loved by many folks from Arkansas to Texas and will be missed by them all.
He is preceded in death by siblings Billy Reynolds, Anna “J’re” Bolinger, and Judy McCradic; brother-in-law Efton Bolinger; niece Angela Clark; and great nephew Travis David Champland.
He is survived by the love of his life for 44 years, Christie (Patterson) Reynolds; two sons who were the pride of his life, Mark Reynolds Jr. and Brian (Danielle) Reynolds; five grandchildren who were the light of his life, Mackenzie Reynolds, Brian Reynolds Jr., Hannah Rose Reynolds, Wyatt Reynolds, and Jayden Reynolds; his brother Paul (Terry) Reynolds of Levelland, Texas; sister Becky Reynolds of Odessa, Texas; sister Bonnie Cracoma of Clarksville, Arkansas; sister Betty Bolinger of Huntsville; and a sister-in-law, Carla Robbins of Waco, Texas.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 3PM with Gary Morrow officiating at the Madison County Funeral Service chapel at 199 Harmony Road in Huntsville.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville.
