Martha Louise (Head) Perez, 71 of Huntsville passed away Monday, December 6, 2021 at Washington Regional Medical Center. She was born February 15, 1950 in Fayetteville to Leroy Head and Pearl Ruth (King) Head.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Billy Joe Head, James Leroy Head and Jimmy McGarrah Sr.; nephew, Jerry Head and grandson, Waylyn Richardson.

Survivors include her son, Jimmy Wade and wife Ellisa of Huntsville; daughter, Tina Richardson and Cody Whelchel of Huntsville; sister, Carol Majors and husband Alan of Vidor, TX; brother, Jerry Burke and wife Cheryl of Tennessee; grandchildren, Beau Whelchel, Heath Wade, Titus Wade, Erics Wade and Willow Whelchel.

The family will receive friends from 2-4PM Sunday, December 12, 2021 in the Chapel of the Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville. A funeral service will be at the funeral home Monday at 10AM with Terry Worfford officiating. Burial will follow at Alabam Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service.
