Mary Katherine (Sneed) Bertrand, 65 of Huntsville passed away Wednesday, July 21,2021 in the care of her daughter. She was born February 17, 1956 in Orange, TX to Melvin and Katherine (Wattle) Sneed.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Rick Gerard Bertrand Sr; her parents; brother Sonny Sneed and grandbaby Dallas.

Survivors include her children, Eric Bertrand and wife Ashely, Oliver Bertrand, Ben Bertrand and wife Rachel, Elizabeth Batemon and husband Jared and Adam Bertrand and wife Amanda; grandchildren, Austen, Matthew, David, Eastin, Alivia, Ben, Katie, Kodi, Eliza, Junior, Rebekka, Joseph, James, Johnathan, Aurelie and Arthur; sister Virginia Cessor; two brothers Melvin Sneed and Robert Sneed; niece and nephew Pepper, Candice and Robert and other friends and family.

The family will receive friend from 6-8 pm Friday, July 23 ,2021 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Huntsville. A funeral service will be 3:00 pm Saturday, July 24,2021 at the Church. Burial will follow at Venus Cemetery Witter. Funeral services are under the direction of the Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville.
