Michelle Marie Burgess

Michelle “Shelly” Marie Burgess, 41 of Huntsville went to be with our Lord and Savior at 9:10 AM on Thursday, November 26,2020 at Circle of Life Hospice, Springdale. She was born Thursday, July 12,1979 in Huntsville to John Howard and Phillis Carol (Phipps) Burgess.

Michelle was preceded in death by one son, Dakota Cheyenne Burgess; her father, John Howard Burgess; aunt, Dianna Kay Burgess; grandparents, Howard and Juanita Burgess and Edgar and Earnestine Gibson and several cousins, aunts and uncles.

She is survived by one son, Hunter Lakota Burgess of Huntsville; mother and father, Phillis and Drew Whitlow of Huntsville; three sisters, Angela Gray of Elkins, Kristina Whitlow of Springdale and Kerry Stephenson of Huntsville; two brothers, Steven Burgess of Huntsville and Paul Whitlow of Meridian, Mississippi; three aunts and uncles, Ronnie and Grace Burgess of Huntsville, Gary Phipps of Springdale and Susan Butts of Kailua,  Hawaii; four nephews, Caleb Smith of Fayetteville, Ezekiel Guerreiro of Fayetteville and Christyan and Hayden Burgess of Huntsville; two nieces, Sierra and Faith Whitlow of Springdale; one great nephew, Kaden Smith of Fayetteville; one great niece, Aura Jayne Clyborn of Fayetteville; her long-term companion, Mike Caban and many more family members.

The family will receive friends 6-8PM, Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Madison County Funeral Service in Huntsville. Due to Covid-19 pleases practice social distancing and masks are required for entry.

Graveside services will be 2PM, Wednesday, December 2,2020 at Lower Campground Cemetery with Justin Harris officiating.

Pallbearers will be: Steven Burgess, Christyan Burgess, Hayden Burgess, Caleb Smith, Ezekiel Guerreiro, and Justin Burgess.

Honorary Pallbearer will be: Hunter Burgess.
