Nancy Jean Walkup

Nancy Jean Walkup, 74 of Hindsville, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.  She was born September 7, 1949 in Corvallis, Oregon to Donald Jesse Eyerly and Dorothy (Nichols) Eyerly. 

Nancy is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Chester Walkup; two brothers, Denis Eyerly and David Eyerly; and one sister, Terry Canada.

She is survived by her sisters Linda Qualls and Doreen Hogue along with many dearly loved nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

A graveside service will be Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 2p.m. at Burkshed Cemetery in Hindsville with Howard Carter officiating.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville.
