Naomi Laverne Wood

Naomi Laverne Wood, 74, of Wesley, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at her home. She was born August 30, 1951, in Prairie Grove, Arkansas to Zelmer Leary (Teb) and Monta Norene Teague.

Naomi enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She attended Faith in the Word church in Springdale and loved her church family

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by the love of her life, David Wood; brother, Kermit Teague; sister, Bonnie Hughes; two daughters, Sheila Bradley and Gina (Vance) Parks; grandchildren, Dalton and Crista Bradley, Tia Wood, Garrett Bradley, Mila and Maci Parks; adopted grandson, Malachi Hamrick; great grandchildren, Rylynn, Jayden, Aliyah Rickard several nieces and nephews and many other family and friends. Pallbearers will be Dalton Bradley, Tyler Hickman, Billy Melson, Travis Bulter, Derek Wood, Jason Sieber. Honorary Pallbearers Vance Parks, David Wood, John Hughes, Jeffery Molmar and her Grandchildren

Visitation will be Monday, April 13, 2026, from 5:00-7:00pm in the Chapel at Madison County Funeral Service 4373 S. Main St, Hindsville. A graveside service will be at Cave Mountain Cemetery, Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 11:00am with Pastor Stacy Villines officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service.
