Ollie I Aiken

Ollie Idell Aiken, 80 of Huntsville passed away Friday, August 18, 2023 in Huntsville with her daughter at her side. She was born August 29, 1942 in Longview, Texas to William Owen and Helen Idella (Meador) Dunford.  She had a deep heart of compassion for the underdog. Everyone that knew her knew she had an ornery side, but she was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and children John Owen Aiken and Lucy Helen Pflueger.

Survivors include her daughter, Jacquelene McAllister of Huntsville, Arkansas and son William Lewis Aiken of Harleton, Texas along with twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in her name.

The family will hold a memorial service Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 2 P.M. at Huntsville First Assembly of God. Funeral services are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville.
