Patricia Lee Wood

Patricia “Trish” Lee Wood, 64 of Cave Mountain went home to be with her Savior Jesus Christ Friday, February 5, 2021 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born October 2, 1956 in Harrison to John and Annalee (Campbell) Hampton. She was a founding member of the Old Time Baptist Church in Newton Co and served her Lord faithfully. Among the things that she enjoyed, quilting and gardening were her favorites. She cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her father, John Hampton.

Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Jerry Wood of the home; daughter, Kristy Wireman and husband Nathan of Medaryville, IN; son, Justin Wood and wife Christina of Springdale; grandchildren, Moriah, Kayleigh, Michael, Malachi, Gracelyn, Samuel, Judah, Kara Wireman and Caleb, Leighton and Lily Wood; mother, Annalee Hampton of Pelsor; brother, Johnny Wayne Hampton of Russellville and several other family members and friends who will mourn her passing. 

A funeral service will be 10AM Friday, February 12, 2021 at Old Time Baptist Church in Cassville with Craig Villines, Robert Huber and Pete Lager officiating. Burial will follow at Cave Mountain Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Arlis “Spanky” Woods, Jerry Bennett, Thomas Bennett, Glendall Reynolds, Johnny Hampton and Dale Sparks.

Honorary Pallbearers are: Stanley Gilmore, Lonnie Wood and Dennis Reynolds.
