Patricia Jean “Trish” Hixson, 58 of Huntsville, Arkansas passed away Monday, November 20, 2023 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born September 17, 1965 in Springdale, Arkansas to John Smith and Virginia Reynolds. Trish loved being in nature, camping, and fishing. Her favorite pastime was spending time and money on her grandkids. She never met a stranger. She could include anyone in her conversation.
