Paula Marie Bethel

Paula Marie Bethel, 60 of Huntsville, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born June 9, 1963 in Sutter, California to Captain Clark Bethel and Nancy Lorraine (Smith) Bethel. She loved to ride Harley’s and spend time with family and friends.  She was very protective of those she loved.  Whether she was in a store or church, the music in her head came out through her body.  She was a diva that loved to dance. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ron Bethel.

Survivors include her children Lloyd Meredith and Lynnea of Missouri, Crystal Shoffit of Arkansas, and Steve Meredith of Arkansas; grandchildren Ethan, Devin, Dezzy, and Bryce; brothers Paul Perkins and Roger Perkins of California; sister Darlene Mireles of Arkansas; niece Ashlee Israel of Arkansas; nephews Airron Bethel, AJ Mireles, and Ben Mireles of Arkansas.

The family will host a private celebration of life at a later date. Funeral services are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville.
