Rafael Cruz Fermaint, 40 passed away Friday August 2 2024, in Madison County. He was Born November 29 1983 in Carolina Puerto Rico to Pedro De Jesus Cruz Ayla and Myrna Luz Fermaint Torres.

He is survived buy his wife, Karen Enid Sanchez Diaz of Springdale; daughters Karelys Mardonado, Kiaraliz Mardonado of Springdale and Nayhara Gabriela Cruz Cortes of Puerto Rico; parents; sisters Rebeca Cruz Fermaint of Puerto Rico, Marielys Cruz Rosario of Maryland and Bethza Ivette Cruz Fermaint of Puerto Rico and other friends and family.

Arrangements are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville.
