Terry Jay Lybeck

Terry Jay Lybeck, 69 of Fayetteville, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 23, 2023 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Arkansas surrounded by loved ones.  He was born May 28, 1954 in Dodge Center, Minnesota to the late David and Shirley Ann (Lybeck) Holden. He started trucking at the age of 17, retiring 51 years later as an owner operator.  He loved motorcycles and race cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, three sisters, and three brothers.

He is survived by his longtime love, Linda Dutton; children Jessica Spicer (William), Tyler Lybeck, and Tara Stiffler (Carrie) all of Ratcliff, Kentucky; one brother, Bruce Lovelace of Minnesota; one nephew, Shannon Lovelace of North Dakota; extended family Susan Asher (Kelly) of Springdale, Chris Dutton (LeAnn) of Brentwood,  Michael Dutton (Susan) of Compton; grandchildren Destinie Spicer, William Spicer, Ashley Spicer, Sean Lybeck, Jayden Lybeck, Aubri Stiffler, Haley Dutton, Madison Dutton, Elena Dutton, Reeve Asher, Brant Dutton, Finley Dutton, Langley Dutton; and his precious Chihuahua, Toby.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 10AM at Brentwood Cemetery in Brentwood, Arkansas.  Funeral services are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville.
