Thomas E. Loy, 74 of Fayetteville passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025. He was born November 13,1949 in Hot Springs to Freeman Earl Loy and Reva Mae Southern. He was a decorated veteran of the Vietnam war, an avid Razorback fan and had never met a stranger. He was Army tough and proud of it. He was much loved and will be missed by a host of family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Barbara Loy; three brothers, Wayne Loy, Steve Loy and Earl Loy; two sisters, Karen Pinkston (Bobby) and Denise Noles (Doug); one son, Michael Campbell.
Survivors include his love, Kathy Eagle of the home; one daughter, Dana Partain and husband Joe of Fayetteville; two sons, Dereck Loy of Hot Springs and Chucky Robinson of California; one sister Dina Hunt and husband Daniel of Hot Springs Village; five grandchildren, Jessica, Phillip, Eric, Carter and Kinslee; two great grandchildren, Harper and Harrison.
Funeral services will be Friday, January 31 at 1:30 PM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service.
