Thomas "Tom" Frank Hrabec

Thomas “Tom” Frank Hrabec, 85 of Huntsville passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at Meadowview Healthcare and rehab. He was born November 27, 1940 in Tillbury, Ontario Canada to Thomas Hrabec and Agnes (Chevalek) Hrabec. He served in the United States Navy from 1958 – 1962. He operated a sawmill in Kingston for many years. He was dedicated and faithful to his faith and loved the Lord with all his heart. He loved his kids and grandkids and will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Tamera Dawn Rayburn; two brothers, Charles Hrabec and Joseph Hrabec and sister, Ann Trush.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Glenna Hrabec of the home; daughters, Cindy Ann Hrabec of the home and Diane Ruffcorn and husband Robert of Arizona; son, Bob Thomas Hrabec and wife LaFonda of Huntsville; ten grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren.

An open visitation will be from 10AM – 4pm, Thursday March 12, 2026 in the chapel of the Madison County Funeral Service,4373 S. Main St in Hindsville. A graveside service will be friday, March 13, 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery with Pastor Tim Gabbard officiating. Pallbearers will be Brian Hobbs, Sam Usrey, Ronnie Usrey, Shane Johnson, Terry Limson and Allen Ellis. Funeral services are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service.
