Verna Noleta Willis

Verna Noleta Willis, 76 of Huntsville passed away Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born August 10, 1948, in Phoenix, Arizona to Robert Lee Moore and Mary Louise (Baldwin) Moore. She loved being outdoors in the sunshine and she loved all her family very much, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Curtis Moore, Son, Bo Scrivner and great granddaughter, Jaliyah Ramos.

Survivors include her two sons, Garrie Prince and James Prince and wife, Tracy both of Huntsville; daughter, Shelly Lanter of Huntsville; siblings, Bill, Ron, Robert, Mike, Kathy, Mary, Debbie and Robin; grandchildren, Michael, Christopher, Jag, Kassy, Keeth, Garrie III, Karlene, Johnny, J.T, Zachary, Samantha, Jacob, Ashley and Jodi; thirteen great grandchildren and many other family members and friends. There are no services planned at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville.
