Virginia Maxine Woodward

Virginia Maxine Woodward, 91 of Huntsville passed away Thursday, July 24, 2025 at her home. She was born January 23, 1934 in Kansas to David Dies and Rachel (Haas) Dies.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Howard Woodward and brother, Maurice Dies.

Survivors include her son, Russell “Woody” Woodward of the home; daughter, Janette McNew and husband Mark of Huntsville; brother, Leroy Dies of Conroe, Texas and sister, LaVerna Dies of Herrington, Kansas.

A funeral service will be held, 10AM, Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at the Madison County Funeral Service Chapel, located 4373 S. Main St in Hindsville with Brother Eldon Bagwell officiating. Burial will follow at the Bohannon Mountain Cemetery.
