Wayne Sylvan Aune

Wayne Sylvan Aune, 83 of Huntsville, AR went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at his home. He was born April 28, 1938 in Ft. Snelling, MN to Sylvan Aune and Gladys (Sandahl) Aune.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Bonnie (Williams) Aune of the home; children, Dale Aune of Alabam, AR, Dianne (Aune) Grana of Racine, WI, Karen Starks and fiancé, Carl Lockhart of West Fork, AR, Sheryl Hansen and husband Charlie of Kenosha, WI and Susan Aune and fiancé, Louie Busalacchi of Sussex, WI; sister, Gloria Gotthardt and husband Wayne of Arizona; ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.

A funeral service will be 2PM, Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at the Big Sandy Church with Pastor Dwain Houston officiating. A viewing will be an hour prior to the service. Another funeral service will be at 2PM, Saturday, February 19, 2022 with Pastor Charlie Hansen officiating. A visitation will be at the church prior to service from 12-2pm.
