Belva Barnett Obituary

Belva Barnett, 75 of Lowell passed away Friday, August 21, 2020 at Washington Regional Medical Center. She was born March 20, 1945 in Huntsville, Ar. to Charley and Hazel (Kilpatrick) Elsey.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Odis Barnett and her parents.

Survivors include her sister, Evelyn Richards and husband William of Lowell and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be scheduled for a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Madison County Funeral Service of Huntsville.
