Bruno Petrini

Bruno Anthony “Tony” Petrini of Goshen, AR passed away monday June 20th at home surrounded by family and loved ones. Tony was born March 1, 1939 in Queens, NY an only child of Nancy “Raccuzzo” and Bruno Petrini. He retired from Hughes Aircraft in California after 25 years of service. He was a man of great strength, love and DETAIL! Tony was all about the smallest of details. A man who could build or fix anything. Had a vast knowledge of everything; A mentor to all who knew him. A foster father to over 70 teenage daughters. Tony was survived by his wife Barbara Perry Petrini of the home, one son Chistopher Petrini of Maryland,A daughter Valerie Rico of Salisaw, OK, and a stepson John Stanley Welsh of Fayetteville, AR. His grandsons are Micheal Thomas, Tyler Stphens, Alfonso Rico Jr, and Alexander Rico; his grand-daughters Letty Schroeder, Dalia Manjarrez Rico, and Ashley Welsh Dye. He was “Grandpa” and Teacher to all the neighborhood children whether they wanted to learn or not. A selfless man who never boasted about what he did for anyone. The home he built with his wife of 26 years housed over 450 people. When you sit down with a pen and paper to write or sum up the life of such an amazing person of 83 years there's not enough ink or paper. To know him was to love him and to love him was a gift. Internment will be at the Pense-Reed Family Cemetery also known as Winfrey Valley Cemetery in Winslow, AR of Crawford County. On Monday June 27th at 5:00 pm. Friends and Family are welcome to come say a few words if they would like. Family will receive visitors at the Petrini home after the internment service, All are welcome
