Destiny Smith

Destiny Karen Suzie Smith, 21 of Siloam Springs formally of Oklahoma City passed away Friday, May 26, 2023 near Huntsville, Arkansas. She was born April 22, 2002 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Robert Smith and Lacy Henry. She is preceded in death by two grandmothers, Tammy Lockaby and Karen Rauner and grandfather, Dusty Rhodes.

She is survived by her mother, Lacy Crenshaw of Oklahoma City; father, Robert Smith of Eufaula, OK; five siblings, Bryce Smith of Oklahoma City, Braydan Smith of Bristow, OK, Mason Smith, Conner Chambers and Bailee Addington all of Dale, OK; bonus mom, Shannon Addington of Dale, OK; great grandmother, Joyce Rhodes of Eufaula, OK and fiancé, Katelyn Scott of Huntsville.

A private viewing will be in the chapel of Madison County Funeral Service in Huntsville on Sunday, May 28, 2023. A celebration of life will be held in Oklahoma City at a later date.
